Oct Are You Ready for the New Fall Menu at Bistro 72?

The Fall Harvest is an exciting time of year on Long Island’s East End, as it gives us an opportunity to enjoy the bounty of delicious foods grown right in our own backyards. The farm-to-table experience is something that we hold dearly at Bistro 72, dedicating ourselves to serving only the freshest local produce from nearby farms. This not only provides our customers with the highest quality meals possible, but also allows us to do our part in supporting local sustainability—another thing we are passionate about!

This year we have an incredible $29 prix fixe fall/winter menu, served Sunday through Wednesday, for our guests at Bistro 72. We look forward to delighting both your tummies and your taste buds with the delectable dishes Chef James has whipped up in our kitchen!

• FIVE ONION SOUP. Vidalia, Red, Shallot, Scallion, Leek, & Gruyere Crouton.

• BISTRO 72 SALAD. Organic Greens, Candied Walnuts, Blueberries, Red Onion, Poppy Vinaigrette, & Goat Cheese Crostini.

• CAESAR SALAD. Chopped Romaine Lettuce, Crispy Pancetta, Shaved Parmesan, Roasted Tomatoes, & Garlic Parmesan Crouton.

• CROOKED LADDER BREWING COMPANY’S PONQUOGUE PORTER. Full-bodied Porter, dark in color, with a nice, hoppy finish.

• CROOKED LADDER BREWING COMPANY’S OUTTA MY VINE PUMPKIN ALE. Medium-bodied Pumpkin Ale.

• LONG IRELAND BEER COMPANY’S PUMPKIN ALE. Real pumpkin puree & spied with cinnamon, nutmeg, & allspice.

• GREAT SOUTH BAY BREWERY’S SPLASHING PUMPKIN. Roasted pumpkin splashed into malted barley & hops with a pinch of cinnamon & clove.
