Hotel Indigo is excited to announce Bistro 72 has launched their website. Now it’s easier than ever to find out special events and live entertainment going on at the restaurant.
Bistro 72 is the perfect dining experience on the East End. The atmosphere creates a modern and sleek environment to enjoy all year round. The dining room and lounge is great for connecting with friends over drinks and dinner. Or hang out by the bar with a couple of friends for the night. Bistro 72 has the hospitality and atmosphere you need to have a great time.
7 Days of Bistro
Have a delicious meal for each night of the week. Come down for Empire Monday, Sweet Tuesday, Wine and Dine Wednesday, Single Malt Thursday, Ladies Night Friday, Date Night Saturday or Tasting Sunday. Whichever day you want to stop by, enjoy the drink specials and happy hours. Bistro 72’s Prix Fixe Dinner is only $29 each night. From Wednesday through Saturday you can enjoy the sounds of great live entertainment while you dine.
Bistro 72 Special Events
Ever wonder why Bistro 72 is so good at pairing drinks with dinner? It’s because their expert chefs work so closely with local breweries, distilleries and vineyards. Depending on what libation you like best, you can come visit Bistro 72’s, Meet the Masters, to learn subtle alchemy behind great food and drink pairing. On January 28, LiV Vodka’s Distiller, Richard Stabile will be there to discuss his choice pairings while you enjoy a delicious 3-course dinner. Or come by February 4 with Crooked Ladder Brewery’s Duffy Griffiths, who will explain why a great beer can make a meal perfect. Finally, on February 11, Wine Maker, Adam Suprenant, from Coffee Pot Cellars will pair all the best wines with Bistro 72’s delicious meals. The dinners take place from 7 pm – 10 pm and don’t forget to make a reservation prior! Meals and pairings are $48 per person.
If you’re fond of Crooked Ladder Brewery, stop by at Cooking with Crooked on January 14. Executive Chef, James Junk, will be making four dishes, which all incorporate a Crooked Ladder brew as a delicious ingredient to make any meal delectable. Dinner starts at 7 pm. Cost is $52 per guest.
Feeling artsy? Have some fun at Bistro 72’s Paint & Sip! For two hours learn a step-by-step instruction to create your very own painting. We have all the art supplies you need! Receive a complimentary glass of wine while you paint your masterpiece. Paint & Sip is on January 27 from 7 pm – 9 pm. Cost is $50 per artist! Seats are limited so make your reservation today!
Live Entertainment
One thing Bistro 72 is known for is their diverse choice of live entertainment. Bistro 72 has featured native Long Island performers as well as performers from all over the country. Bistro 72 has performers lined up for months to keep the music flowing in the restaurant. Clear your schedule for the weekend because you’re not going to want to miss Robert Bruey on January 9 or Arthur Pitts on January 10, who will play selections from his “Great American Songbook.” No matter what genre you prefer, Bistro 72 will feature it.
