31 Mar Hotel Indigo Joins Taste the North Fork
Experience all the North Fork has to offer without all the stress of driving.
On Saturday, April 8th and Sunday, April 9th, a free shuttle bus, sponsored by the North Fork Promotion Council, will take visitors across the North Fork, stopping at Mattituck (Love Lane), Cutchogue, Southold and Greenport. Each of these different, cozy hamlets contain beautiful boutique shops, local art, wineries, tasting rooms, and more. You’ll find terrific restaurants to get lunch or an early dinner, incredible coffee selections, and the perfect place to pick up little gifts for your loved ones. What do you need to do to take part? Hotel Indigo will take its guests to the bus loop at 11:15AM and pick them up at 5:30PM from the Mattituck LIRR train station (Love Lane Station), so you can hop on and off the bus loop. If you’ll already be in town for our East End Craft Beer Festival on April 7th, this is the perfect opportunity to make a weekend of your stay and explore the North Fork without the stress of finding parking or driving. Each bus will have a host, who will report the buses’ progress on Facebook. That way you’ll be able to figure out if you have time to try one more wine before the bus comes. The buses will make rounds to each stop from noonish to 5:30ish. Each stop at 5 pm or later will only be a pick-up stop, except in downtowns where people will be connecting to their ride home.
