Hotel Indigo is proud to present another Live at the Indigo Ballroom series for the 4 weeks of LI Winterfest!
Join us Fridays and Saturdays throughout LI Winterfest, for live music and Executive Chef, deb Scherer’s four course farm to table dinner. This special dinner package is $55 per person (not including tax and gratuity). Hotel Indigo has brought back some iconic East End performers for the musical part of this highly anticipated series.
– Saturday, February 24, catch legendary Bassist Bakithi Kumalo and Friends for show inspired by his jazzy South African sounds.
– Saturday, March 3 we welcome the renowned local jazz artist, Matt Marshak.
– Saturday, March 10 Cold Spring Harbor will pay homage to Long Island legend, Billy Joel, with so many fan favorite covers.
– Finally before the Winterfest comes to a close, we will have Southbound join us in the Ballroom on March 17 with their country and classic rock repertoire.
Our Live at the Indigo Ballroom events will take place Saturdays from 7 – 10 pm throughout the festival. Information on the Long Island Winterfest can be found here.

From the kitchen, Executive Chef, Deb Scherer, will prepare an ensemble of seasonal delicacies. The opening act is the Bistro 72 salad, which is a refreshing blend of mesclun, apples, gorgonzola dressed with a bubbly champagne vinaigrette. It will be followed by your choice of a seafood bisque with a dash of sherry cream and topped with chives, or a miso scented lemongrass broth decorated with delicate local mushrooms and baby spinach served over ramen noodles.
The showstopper will be the choice of entrees. Alderwood smoked salmon served with a beurre blanc sauce atop a bed of Napa Cabbage will have your toes tapping. Or you may prefer some of our local favorites; rack of lamb, chicken with prosciutto and mozzarella, a petite filet dressed with a demi glace all served with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. Spice things up with an entree of sweet and sour tofu served with rice and local mushrooms.
