20 Apr The Classic Car Show is Back!
Rev up your engines and get ready for the nostalgia as Hotel Indigo hosts its third annual Classic Car Show this Sunday, April 23rd (Rain Date: Sunday, April 30th) from 9am to 4pm. Register your own vintage beauty or take a walk back through time and peruse a variety of classic cars. We’ll be awarding prizes to the best car and registration and admission are free!Bistro 72 will also play host, serving up classic BBQ eats and offering drink specials.
If you’d like to register your car, print, fill out and mail the flyer attached below in this blog or email Kristen Reyes at kreyes@eastendhotels.com with the details outlined in the flyer. There’s no age minimum for cars to enter–just bring your favorite classic car! Though the car show starts at 9am, you’re welcome to arrive with your car after that start time. However, if you plan to leave early we suggest you park closer to the exit.
At noon, Who Are Those Guys will perform live until 4pm. They make music with a classic-rock vibe and describe their sound as “neo-classic rock.” You may have heard their song “If You Ain’t Got The Money” on the CBS TV series “Without A Trace.” Currently, their members include: Marty Attridge (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Doug Attridge (guitar, vocals), Jim Gorman (bass, vocals), Tom Daly (drums), Pat Petrosini (percussion, drums, vocals) and Lindsay Reeve (harmonica, concertina, vocals).
