There are numerous questions to ask a wedding venue, so we’ve answered some of the most common in advance! Please contact us with any questions we haven’t answered in our wedding FAQ.

QDo I get a tasting?

Definitely! You’ll get a complimentary tasting 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding to help you make final menu selections.

QDo you have recommended vendors for music, flowers, hair and makeup, etc?

Yes, we’ve compiled a list of recommended professionals to handle all aspects of planning the wedding. View them here. Please note: any outside vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance to work in the hotel.

QDo you allow outside caterers?

No, however exceptions can be made for catering some specialized items or for religious reasons.

QCan you accommodate allergies, dietary restrictions or children’s meals?

If you let us know in advance, we’ll certainly meet any restrictions.

QAre chairs provided? How many?

Yes, we have about 200 chairs.

QHow much is the deposit for each space, is it refundable?

Deposits are typically 1/3 of the total costs of the event, based on minimum guaranteed amount of guests.

QWhat's your weather contingency plan for outdoor spaces?

The Ballroom would be used for indoor ceremonies and our restaurant Bistro 72 would be used for an indoor cocktail hour.

QHow long will I have use of the event space(s) I reserve?

4-6 hours for your event, plus additional time for set-up.

QIs each space handicap accessible?


QCan I bring my own liquor?

Ultimately, we require you use in-house liquor; however, if you have a special bottle of champagne or wine to use for the celebration we can make an exception.

QAre there any noise restrictions on each space?

Yes, any music played outdoors must finish by 11pm.

QDo you have a sound system with speakers, or will that need to be rented?

We have speakers in the ballroom, but they’re better suited for background music. We recommend hiring a DJ or band who usually provide their own sound systems.

QWhat table layouts are available?

We have round and oval tables for full-sized weddings and rectangle for smaller groups or display tables.
