       My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel Indigo had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I loved the artsy modern interior which gave the place some personality. The front staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. The food and drinks at Bistro72 were very good, and there's even a free breakfast each morning. The outdoor patio and pool area were gorgeous. It was too cold for us to swim, but I can imagine it being a hopping hot place to go to for drinks, swimming, and sunbathing. Very hip decor. The hotel is also next door to Tanger Outlets (shopping!) and close to family-friendly places to visit such as the Long Island Aquarium.

       I had a fabulous stay here at the Indigo. It was my first time visiting and the staff treated me like a queen.
    Shuttle takes 25 minutes to get from hotel to airport and vice versa.
    Free breakfast from 6 till 11. If you are leaving before 6 AM, they offer grab n go snack type food at a 30% discount. They will also provide a snack bag if you notify them by 6:00 PM the night before you have an early show( those who are flight attendants)
    The bag will include a bagel, a piece of fruit, a yogurt and sometimes a water.

    Crew Discounts: 30% discount at hotel restaurant (Bistro 72).
    Fridge: Yes...In your room
    Microwave: In most rooms. There is also a Keurig with plenty of K cups.

    Gym: Yes...Open 24 hours. On the main floor beside the front desk.

    Pool: Yes...Outside pool. Open seasonally till dusk.

    I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Long Island area.
    The restaurant inside the hotel is FABULOUS! Everything on the menu is great!

       Stayed here last weekend for a wedding and it was great! The room was small, but everything was spotless and as represented in the photos. The customer service was fantastic. I had gone in with a LivingSocial deal and no one changed their attitude towards me, in fact they pointed out aspects of the deal that I didn't even realize were included (such as a dining credit and winery tour passes). We had a great lunch at Bistro 72 with that credit, with a really friendly and helpful waiter (I think his name was Chris? Sorry if it isn't!). My boyfriend and I planned to split the scallop entree as we had had a late breakfast and he had the chef split it for us without us even asking for it. We also really enjoyed all their LI wine selections. Not sure when I'll be in the area again, but will definitely stay here if I am.

       I had a wonderful stay here at the end of April and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and outdoor space. I loved the spacious room and bathroom and the comfortable bed and furnishings.  For families, the fridge and microwaves you can request are a great amenity. The lobby decor is modern and sleek and the restaurant is an area favorite (be sure to make reservations in advance!). I loved the location for a quick getaway from NYC - just off the highway and so close to the Riverhead outlets. We enjoyed visiting the nearby wineries and attractions like the aquarium.  I didn't use it but they offer a shuttle so you don't even need a car - a big plus for city dwellers.

       I had a hotel block here after my beautiful wedding. Our guests enjoyed our stay, and we even opted for an after party at Indigo's bar as well as breakfast in the morning. Tiffany (Director of Catering), Jonathan (Director of Food & Beverage) and Brittany (Director of Rooms) were all so nice and so accommodating. I would definitely recommend going through any of them for any of your needs!

       The staff at Hotel Indigo East End is far and away the best I've encountered in my life.  Each and every member of the staff is supremely professional, knowledgable, accommodating, and courteous.  This is my third time staying here, and each time this is true of each and every employee.  At the restaurant, Bistro 72, the manager Ken, the busboy Carlos, and the server Leanne were absolutely phenomenal.  At the front desk, Jonathan, Jon, James were also incredibly wonderful.  I can't say enough good things about everyone at the hotel.  They all deserve raises and promotions effective immediately!  I'll be back!
