As much as we hate to say, “So long,” to sweet summer, we know that the East End continues to flourish even as the leaves begin to change. Our beaches are well known for being sprinkled with bikini-clad tourists, but the locals know that there are few things better than a stroll along the shore at sunset in September—the time of year that’s perfect for sweatshirts and sandals.
