There is nothing more refreshing on a hot summer day, than an ice cold beer. The restaurant at Hotel Indigo East End, Bistro 72, has a list of over 15 bottled beers for your drinking pleasure and while signature domestic brands like Budweiser, Bud Light, and Coors Light are available, one thing that our hotel offers, which separates us from other hotels, is our close relationship to the local breweries in the area.
At Hotel Indigo East end, we are in full support of the Long Island brewery scene. With draught beers from Greenport Harbor, Blue Point Brewery, Long Ireland Beer, Southampton Publick House, Great South Bay, and Coney Island, Hotel Indigo East End is the perfect place during the hot summer months to hang out by the lounge, fireside, or poolscape and knock back a few cold ones.
All of our selections have been carefully selected and provide a wide array of flavor. Check out the Great South Bay Blood Orange Pale Ale, featuring Northern Brewer Hops.
