Oct Jazz on the Vine is Now Live on the Vine in 2014!

2014 is a game changer for the seven-year-running Long Island Winterfest. Previously known as “Jazz on the Vine,” this year will introduce several new genres, including blues, soul, and country, driving us change the event’s title to Live on the Vine Winterfest! The 2014 Live on the Vine Winterfest festival will take place from February 8th through March 16th, across Long Island’s beautiful East End, at our many unique vineyard tasting rooms, hotels, and other venues. This event is the product of a collaboration between East End Arts, The Long Island Wine Council, and The Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau, with support from Suffolk County under the auspices of the Office of Film and Cultural Affairs.

Another exciting addition to 2014’s Live on the Vine Winterfest is our sponsor, Suffolk County National Bank. “On behalf of SCNB, we are proud to present the 2014, Award Winning, Live on the Vine. This program promotes a partnership and collaboration between the arts and business segments that strengthens the East End economy. It is a pleasure to showcase our communities on the East End as we welcome thousands of visitors. Coming from as far as New York City and beyond, visitors appreciate the music, wine, and all that the East End has to offer,” expressed Michael R. Orsino, the bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. “It’s a perfect fit for SCNB,” he concluded. We are so appreciative of SCNB’s participation this year, and are sure that their presence will make Live on the Vine Winterfest even better than it’s ever been before!

To get everyone excited about this upcoming event, Hotel Indigo East End is proud to announce that we will be hosting a Special Preview Show on Friday, October 18th, 2013, from 7-10PM at Bistro 72! The show will feature live music from Anthony Pravata and Jon March, and is free to attend. Come on down to get in the spirit with all of us, as we get ready for Live on the Vine Winterfest 2014!
